Russian figure skater Mark Kondratyuk knows how to improvise, which helps him during rentals, said choreographer Nikita Mikhailov.
– What do I think of the improvisation of figure skaters? It helps Mark. He improvises in the pieces where he can afford it. Yet there is an indestructible base web. But he adds a few moments of his own, he does it to make it convenient for him to complete the rest of the program, so in that regard, I have a positive attitude towards improvisation. He knows how to do it – an incredibly important aspect that not everyone knows about. Sometimes people improvise by throwing something away and it just replaces it.
Did Kondratyuk show creativity in creating programs? Not yet. I had attempts to make him a short program in the image of an artist, but at the moment this production is left on hold behind the scenes, – quotes the words of Mikhailov “Championship”.
