He will be responsible for organizing the game in defense
Vladimir Yezersky officially became an assistant Miron Markevich V Carpathians. The 47-year-old specialist will be responsible for organizing the game in defense.
“I am well aware of the demands of Miron Bogdanovich, because I was once his ward, and later assisted him. I know what kind of football appeals to him and I understand what he wants. I don’t think I will need much time for integration. I have seen several Karpaty matches this season. And now I’m convinced that we have all the conditions to build a solid team in Lviv. While the process of formation continues, the team is being formed, there is a lot of work ahead,” Yezersky said.
Yezersky was Markevich’s assistant in Dnipro in the period 2014-16. Since 2017, he has been working with the youth teams of Ukraine (now he heads the U-17 national team), and recently the specialist left the coaching staff of Ruslan Rotan in Alexandria.
Karpaty won Group A of the First League, gaining 45 points. In the spring part of the Ukrainian championship, the Lviv team will play in the group for the right to promotion to the UPL.
