Ukrainian tennis player Daria Snigur failed to make it through the first round of the tournament’s main draw WTA 125 V Canberra (Australia).

Daria fought against the representative of the top 100 in the world ranking and the third racket of the tournament, Frenchwoman Oceane Doden. In the first set, which lasted almost an hour, the opponents took turns scoring six points, but luck smiled on the Frenchwoman in the tiebreaker.

In the second game, the losing serve in the fourth game was decisive for the Ukrainian.

Snigur left the tournament in Canberra following Katarina Zavacka, who had previously failed to qualify. Let us remind you that Daria easily beat the Australian Tina Smith and the Swiss Simon Waltert in the qualifying rounds.
