The Ukrainian national hockey team has named its expanded roster ahead of the 2026 Olympics qualifications

After the friendly match with the Korean national team, the application will be reduced from 37 to 23 people

Head coach Ukrainian national hockey team Dmitry Khristich named the expanded squad ahead of the qualifying matches Olympic Games 2026which will take place in February.

The roster included 37 hockey players – five goalkeepers and 32 field players. After the blue-yellows play a sparring match with the Korean national team, the coaching staff will choose 23 performers (3+20).

The Ukrainian national hockey team will soon start qualifying for the 2026 Olympic Games. The blue-yellows will play against the teams of Poland, South Korea and Estonia in the third round of qualifying. The matches of this quartet will be held in Sosnowiec, Poland, from February 8 to 11, 2024.
