Three-time Olympic champion Alexander Bolshunov won the 15 km freestyle race at the fifth stage of the Alfa-Bank Russian Cup in Kazan.

The 27-year-old skier covered the distance in 34 minutes 46.5 seconds. This victory was Bolshunov’s 13th in a row at the stages of the Russian Cup.
