Italian figure skaters Charlène Guignard and Marco Fabbri are in the lead after the rhythm dance at the European Championships which take place in Kaunas (Lithuania).
The duo scored 86.80 points.
The second result is that of the British Laila Fear and Lewis Gibson (85.20). Allison Reed and Saulius Ambrulevicius of Lithuania complete the top three (80.73).
Represent Georgia Diane Davis And Gleb Smolkin showed the seventh result – 76.33 points.
The skaters will present their free dance on Saturday, January 13.
Last June, it became known that Davis and Smolkin would represent the Georgian national team starting in the 2023/24 season. Davis is the daughter of Russian coach Eteri Tutberidze, her partner is the son of actor Boris Smolkin.
Russian figure skaters have been suspended from participating in competitions held under the auspices of the International Skating Union (ISU) due to the situation in Ukraine.
