French figure skater Adam Xiao Him Fa won the European Championships taking place in Kaunas, Lithuania.
Xiao Him Fa, who led after the short program, received 182.04 points for his free program. Based on the sum of the two programs, the 22-year-old Frenchman obtained 276.17 points.
The second place was taken by the representative of Estonia, Alexander Selevko (256.99). Italian Matteo Rizzo (250.87) won bronze. Moscow native Vladimir Samoilov (230.17), representing Poland, took eighth place.
Xiao Him Fa became a double European champion. In 2023, the Frenchman won gold at the tournament in Espoo (Estonia).
Russian figure skaters have been suspended from participating in competitions held under the auspices of the International Skating Union (ISU) due to the situation in Ukraine.
