Athletistic/ Figure skating. Russian figure skater Elizaveta Tuktamysheva has made it clear that she is returning to training. According to Tuktamysheva, she will try to restore the triple axel.
The athlete suspended his career in October 2023.
“I resumed training. All shows are over. I am working on the restoration of the triple axel. There was an attempt, but unsuccessfully. Believe in me,” Tuktamysheva wrote on social networks.
Tuktamysheva, 27, is the 2015 world and European champion, as well as the 2021 World Cup silver medalist.
Russian figure skaters are currently suspended from international tournaments.
