The tall heavyweight is 204 centimeters tall
World heavyweight champion according to WBO/WBA/IBF/IBO versions Alexander Usik sparred with a Serbian boxer Sanel Hasanovic (7-1, 6 KO).
The training took place in preparation for the Ukrainian’s fight against WBC champion Tyson Fury. Khasanovich is 204 centimeters tall and has the same dimensions as the “Gypsy King” (206 centimeters).
The Usik-Fury fight for the title of absolute heavyweight champion will officially take place on February 17 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Initially, the fight was planned to be organized on December 23 in Riyadh. However, it later became clear that Tyson would not have time to prepare for this time after the fight with Francis Ngannou at the end of October.
Let us remind you that in the undercard of the Usyk-Fury confrontation, IBF world champion in super featherweight Joe Cordina from Wales and IBO title holder Anthony Cacace from Northern Ireland will compete in head-to-head combat. Also part of the big evening will be 40-year-old Russian Sergey Kovalev and undefeated Swede Robin Safar.
Another participant on the undercard will be former IBF cruiserweight world champion Jay Opetaia. The Australian’s opponent will be determined soon.
Usik fought his last fight on August 27 in Wroclaw, Poland. The Ukrainian knocked out Daniel Dubois in the 9th round and defended his championship titles.
