Shakhtar started training camp in Belek

The team traveled to Turkey through Poland for two days

Today, January 14th, Miner arrived in Turkish Belekwhere he began a training camp in preparation for the spring part of the 2023/24 season.

The team took two days to get to the place – first they traveled by land from Kyiv to Rzeszow (Poland), and from there they flew by charter to Antalya. As it became known earlier, the legionnaires went to Belek directly.

A team meeting is planned for this afternoon, and training will take place in the evening.

In Turkey, Shakhtar planned six test matches. Earlier it was reported that one of the rivals would be Polish Lech. Sparring is scheduled for January 25.

Shakhtar took third place in Group H of the Champions League. Marino Pusic’s team will play in the 1/16 of the Europa League, where its opponent will be Marseille. In the Ukrainian Championship, the Miners are in fourth place, three points behind the leaders, but with two matches in hand.
