Athletistic/Figure skating. Olympic champion Natalya Bestemyanova, in an interview with Match TV, said that Elizaveta Tuktamysheva is unlikely to fully resume her career, and her participation in the next show jumping tournament will most likely remain an isolated case.

In October 2023, Tuktamysheva announced a temporary hiatus in her career, actively participating in the show and launching her own podcast on television. A few days ago, the 27-year-old figure skater resumed training for the upcoming Russian Show Jumping Championships, which will be held from January 19 to 21 in Moscow. Tuktamysheva’s coach Alexey Mishin confirmed her participation in the competition, noting that she is actively training.

Natalya Bestemyanova expressed doubts about Tuktamysheva’s full return to sports. In her opinion, when Tuktamysheva announced her breakup, she probably planned to participate in a show jumping tournament, similar to participating in the show. This will most likely be a one-time event, Bestemyanova added.

In the past, Tuktamysheva became world champion, European champion and winner of the Grand Prix final in the 2014/15 season.
