— How has your life changed over the past few months? I’m not talking about schedules and everyday moments, but about a certain rhythm, a state of mind, an enthusiasm…
– There are different sensations. Sometimes I blame myself for not finishing things. Sometimes I understand that the schedule is crazy and I’m doing great, getting through it. However, the last few months have been very busy! As before, during the competition period there are no long work breaks. In general, I like this pace of life.
And yet, without sports, more strength appeared, because it still takes away from them. I started getting enough sleep, which is great for me. I really like healthy sleep and I appreciate it when I walk the streets rested and slept well. It’s also great to be able to adapt the schedule to suit me, and not the other way around.
I want to point out the difference. I took a break out of a desire to flourish, anticipating other activities. It’s not that I took a break because I found myself in a dead end, with nothing. I didn’t feel like I didn’t know what to do. On the contrary, I was well aware of what I was getting myself into. Therefore, my current job and new projects do not allow me to enter into an imbalance, ”Tuktamysheva told .
Tuktamysheva is world and European champion, winner of the Grand Prix final of the 2014/15 season.
