Tishchenko will be the first among Ukrainians to run the individual race in Antholz

Absolute World Cup debutant Grushchak made it onto the start list

Starting numbers have been revealed Ukrainian biathletes for a short individual race as part of the sixth stage World Cup 2023/24 V Antholz-Anterselve (Italy).

The first among our compatriots to start will be Artem Tishchenko (number 18). The second starting group will run the race Taras Lesyuk (53) and Denis Nasyko (55). The third group is assigned Artem Prima (63rd issue).

The final group starts Dmitry Grushchak (No. 99) – this race will be the debut race for the 23-year-old Ukrainian at the World Cup stages.

Let us remind you that earlier it became known that Anton Dudchenko and Vitaly Mandzyn would miss the stage in Antholz. The leader of the Ukrainian national team, Dmitry Pidruchny, is present in the application, but he will only take part in one of the mixed relays.

A short individual race among men (15 kilometers) will open the stage in Antholz-Anterselva tomorrow, January 18, at 15:20 Kyiv time. A similar women’s start will take place on Friday. Two mixed relays are scheduled for Saturday. On Sunday, the stage program will be closed by the men’s and women’s mass starts.
