The 22-year-old player spent a productive autumn period as part of the leader of the Montenegrin championship
Veres announced the signing of another winter newcomer – Montenegrin forward Marko Mrvaljevic.
The contract with the foreign player was concluded for two and a half years – until the end of the 2025/26 season.
Mrvaljević has been playing for Budućnost since 2020, the grandee of Montenegrin football, which is leading the current championship. In the autumn part of the season, Marco broke into a solid base and had a strong streak, scoring six goals from the beginning of October to the beginning of December.
The Montenegrin became the third winter signing of the club from Rivne – after defenders Maxim Smiyan and Alexander Melnik.
Veres is in 15th place in the UPL with 12 points. On December 12, the club announced its separation from head coach Sergei Lavrinenko. Oleg Shandruk was appointed to replace him. In the first official match of the spring part of the season, Veres will play against Kolos.
