Athletistic / Figure skating. French Olympic figure skating champions Gabriela Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron discuss the possibility of a return to competition.
According to RIA Novosti Sport, famous figure skaters have not made a final decision at the moment, but the very idea of returning to sports seems interesting to them. If they return, Papadakis and Cizeron could participate in the next international season.
Papadakis and Cizeron became a couple at the ages of nine and ten, at the suggestion of Gabriela’s mother, Katerina Papadakis, who had been the couple since the start of their studies. In 2022, they won a gold medal at the Beijing Olympics. The couple announced a career break in June 2022. Note that during their career the French became world champions five times.
