The new head coach of the team will be Roman Loktionov, who is currently coaching FC Kudrovka. The Second League club itself will be headed by Vasily Baranov, who previously worked as an assistant at Zarya.

Niva Buzovaya took fourth place in Group A in the autumn part of the season and will play in the Championship Group of the First League. In the next round the team will play against Left Bank. The base date for the resumption of competitions in the First League is March 23.
