The athlete participates in pair skating with Martin Breslavsky. The incident occurred during the performance of a short program among juniors during the tournament “For the FFKM President’s Prizes”. Breslavsky was unable to hold Simonova and dropped her partner to the ice; during the fall, the 14-year-old figure skater hit her head. The athletes were able to continue the competition and complete their performance.
“She was taken by ambulance, there is no information yet on her condition, she is already undergoing an x-ray. Without an ambulance, there’s no other way to find out what’s wrong with her. The team was present at the competition, they were immediately taken away,” Moser told .
