Figure skater Muravyova opened up about an action she regrets at the Russian Grand Prix

Silver medalist of the Russian Figure Skating Championship Sofia Muravyova said she regrets attempting a triple Axel at the Russian Grand Prix in Moscow.

— Have you ever done anything crazy related to figure skating?

— At the Moscow Grand Prix, I won the second trixel in the free program. To me, that’s a crazy thing to do. This is crazy, because this was not discussed with anyone in advance.

I regret that this happened. I never saw this rental again. This is the only performance I haven’t seen. I just don’t want to remember it,” Muravyova said, as quoted by Sport24.

This season, Muravyova won gold and bronze at the Russian Grand Prix stages.
