Daniel Kivinda scored as part of Yuri Maksimov’s team
Dnepr-1 lost to Austrian Sturm in the first test match at the training camp in Turkey – 1:2.
Dnepr head coach Yuri Maksimov fielded two different lineups in each half. In the first half, the Austrians attacked more sharply and managed to score twice.
After the break, Dnepr-1 changed its playing formation, switching to playing with three central defenders and two forwards. Maksimov’s team managed to win one goal back, Daniel Kivinda scored. However, the Dnipro residents were unable to break the tie.
Let us remind you that at the training camp in Turkey, Dnepr-1 planned seven control matches. Maximov’s team will hold the next sparring on January 30 against the Bulgarian Cherno More.
Dnepr-1 finished the autumn part of the Ukrainian Championship in second place, trailing the leader Krivbass only in additional indicators. The season will resume for Yuri Maksimov’s team with a match against Minai (base date – February 24).
