On Saturday, January 27, the men’s pursuit race took place at the 2024 European Biathlon Championships in Brezno-Osrbly, Slovakia.
Norwegian Isak Frey won gold in the pursuit, ahead of Romanian Dmitry Shamaev and Frenchman Antonin Guigonne.
The highest result among Ukrainian biathletes was shown by Dmitry Pidruchny, who finished the race in the top ten. He improved his performance by 13 positions compared to the sprint and was seventh with two misses in the shooting range.

Anton Dudchenko, Taras Lesyuk and Artem Tishchenko finished outside the top 20, and Vitaly Mandzin and Artem Prima did not start.
