Olympic champion Dementyev believes that the Russian Ski Cup lacks music and cool presenters

Winner of the Olympic Games Yevgeny Deniev told that the stages of the Russian Cup did not have the atmosphere that prevailed on Saturday at the Star Race in Luzhniki.

Dementyev competed in the All-Star Race on Saturday with 11-year-old skier Amelia Panchenko. The couple took 13th place in the second semi-final.

— Is this kind of atmosphere, music and cool presenters missing at the stages of the Russian Cup?

– Probably yes. I wish all this would happen in ski racing, so it would be much more interesting. Such an atmosphere will help athletes relax, but what they currently have constrains them. I believe that ski racing will only benefit from such broadcasts,” Dementyev told .

On Sunday, January 28, the biathlon “ Star Race” will take place in Luzhniki, in which famous skiers and biathletes will take part – world and European champions, Olympic medalists Ekaterina Yurlova-Perkht, Anton Shipulin, Ivan Cherezov, Olga Zaitseva, Olga Nazarova, Olga Podchufarova, Andrey Makoveev, Dmitry Malyshko and others.

The channel will broadcast the race live, the broadcast will start at 11:40 (Moscow time) and the broadcast will also be available on the websites matchtv.ru and sportbox.ru.
