Milan missed the victory over Bologna in a home game 22nd round of Serie A — 2:2.
In the first half, the teams exchanged goals: the hosts responded to Zirkzee’s goal with a precise shot from Loftus-Cheek. At the same time, Giroud missed a penalty in the 42nd minute, and visiting coach Thiago Motta was sent off from the field.
After the break, Milan missed their second penalty kick of the match – Hernandez hit the post. Soon Loftus-Cheek scored a double, but Bologna snatched a draw after a foul by Terracciano in his own penalty area and Orsolini’s goal from the spot.
The Rossoneri are in third place in the standings. Bologna is in seventh position.
