World high jump champion Danil Lysenko showed the best result in the world during the winter season, reports a correspondent on site.
At the All-Russian high jump tournament “Battle of the Sexes”, Lysenko reached a height of 2.33 meters, which is a world record for the winter season. The previous best result (2.28) belonged to Danil, as well as Ilya Ivanyuk (Russia), Roman Petryuk (Ukraine), Jan Stefela (Czech Republic) and Shelby McEwen (USA).
On January 28, the All-Russian high jump tournament “Battle of the Sexes” took place in Moscow.
