According to RIA Novosti, the difficulty was that WADA representatives could not come to Russia. For this reason, supervision took place remotely.
Earlier it became known that the CAS disqualified Kamila Valieva for four years. The disqualification period begins on December 25, 2021.
At the same time, the Russian figure skating team was deprived of gold in the team tournament at the 2022 Olympics. The Russians received bronze medals.
