Now Latvian national teams are prohibited from playing with representatives of Russia and Belarus, even in neutral status. It is also prohibited to organize competitions with the participation of Russian and Belarusian citizens on the territory of Latvia. Russian State Duma deputy Nikolai Valuev spoke about this.
