Previously, the CAS disqualified the Russian figure skater for 4 years for violating anti-doping rules.
“Will Valieva return to sport? It will depend on her psyche. Nobody knows what is going on in Kamila’s head at the moment,” Rodnina told RB Sport.
Remember that Valieva’s results were canceled as of December 25, 2021.
In the best case scenario, the skater will be able to return to the ice in December 2025. Currently, Russian athletes are suspended from international competitions.
