Now the Ukrainian is tuned in to the final
Ukrainian Marina Bekh-Romanchuk commented on reaching the final of the competition in triple jump on the 2022 World Championships in Athleticswhich takes place in the American Eugene.
“Everything turned out as I wanted. She did everything. We’re gearing up for the final. Very good conditions, I am very impressed with the sector.”
“I like the support, because the stadium is full. People watch and get sick, which is very important for athletes. This, for example, was very lacking in Tokyo, especially for me, because I like to collaborate with the public. It really adds the necessary emotions. The audience is present here, and I am sure that there will be even more at the final jumps, because this is an evening program.”
Marina showed the second result in the qualification, jumping 14.54 m in the first attempt. The standard for getting into the final was 14.40 m, so the Ukrainian did not need to enter the sector anymore.
The final competition in the triple jump will take place on July 17 local time (early July 18, Kyiv time).
