Athletistic/ Figure skating. Doctor of Medical Sciences Andrei Shestakov stressed that doping was detected during Kamila Valieva’s tests.
“Valieva has such a bouquet of drugs that it becomes scary. As a doctor, I was in shock. They stuffed Valieva with so many pills and stimulants! It is very dangerous for the body”, quotes the Sport24 doctor.
“A terrible crime from a medical point of view,” Shestakov added.
Valieva was disqualified for doping for four years.
Currently, Russian figure skaters are suspended from international competitions.
