Russian diver Maria Bruenok said that after her statement about harassment from coach Pavel Muyakin, some team members began to avoid her.

Earlier, 19-year-old Bruenok told Metaratings.ru that she was sexually harassed by coach Muyakin. The 61-year-old specialist invited Bruenok to his room, where he wanted to discuss the athlete’s training process, and then kissed her. The Russian Diving Federation told it had created a commission to conduct an independent investigation; Muyakin called Bruenok’s accusations unfounded.
