Athletistic/ Figure skating. Today, February 7, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) published the text of the decision in the Kamila Valieva case. Earlier, at the end of January, the court found the athlete guilty of violating anti-doping rules. Kamila Valieva was also disqualified for four years, effective December 25, 2021. She was also stripped of all awards won since that date.
The court’s reasoned decision indicated that Kamila Valieva had used approximately 60 medications and supplements. The study reference period extends from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2021.
