“Of course, if there are no ultra-si elements, it is difficult” – figure skater Dvoeglazova about the Chechen championship among juniors

Figure skater Alisa Dvoeglazova said that without ultra-si elements it is difficult to win medals at the Russian junior championship.

On Wednesday, Dvoeglazova performed her free skate at the Russian Junior Championships. The athlete scored 231.33 points in two performances and took second place.

“The medal was not easy, I had to go through a lot, but I was able to achieve it largely thanks to the support of the technical staff, family and friends. I love them very much, without them I couldn’t do anything. I said to myself, “Alice, you can do this. » I did all the content during training, so why not do it from the beginning. The support of family and friends was reassuring. The excitement wasn’t that strong.

Of course, if there are no ultra-si elements, it’s difficult. Because figure skating is developing, everything is moving forward. There must be rotations, different paths, the triple ultra-if gives confidence, a step forward. There is a reserve if you complete [этот элемент]. But without the other elements, ultra-si won’t help.

— You don’t want to play at adult level?

– It’s not my decision. Of course I would like [выступать] in adults. The rules are the rules. I will be 16, but I was born in the second half of the year. “What should we do? We are training, we are learning new elements,” reports Dvoyeglazova’s words.
