The court found the skater guilty of violating anti-doping rules. The athlete was disqualified for four years. At the same time, the start of disqualification is December 25, 2021. That is, the day on which a positive doping test was passed. However, WADA believes that disqualification should begin from the date of the CAS decision.

– WADA said the four-year suspension period should start from the day the CAS decision is announced. There was no reason to backdate this decision, state the reasons for the CAS decision.
