— Yes, on Tuesday, before the start of training, Dynamo head coach Konstantin Ushakov announced in the presence of the team that Tatiana was leaving Dynamo. But just yesterday we were talking about the fact that Tatiana was going to join our farm club, Team MBA, which plays in Major League “A” until the end of the season.

Dynamo had three passers this season, which protects the club from injuries, but reduces the passer’s workload. MBA contacted us to ask us to strengthen the agricultural club with some players from Dynamo, which is currently lacking experienced volleyball players. A number of our players who don’t have enough training could combine performances from the main team and the farm club. But this opportunity has not presented itself yet, since we have played matches against our direct competitors.

After the match with Tulitsa on February 11, the president of French Volero Le Cannet, Stav Jacobi, approached me with a request to transfer Tatyana Dmitrieva to them. “Volero” has a problem with the smugglers – they managed to part with one smuggler and the other is now injured. After which I consulted our head coach. In her opinion, after the January match against Lokomotiv in January, Tatiana unfortunately changed her attitude to work and lost interest, including in training. Perhaps the point is that she has little gaming experience today; previously, she was Dynamo’s main setter for a time. I decided that Tatiana should be given the opportunity to find herself and return to her previous level.

I offered Dmitrieva two options – “Volero” or MBA; at one of these clubs, she could play fully 100% until April 30, while maintaining all financial obligations of Dynamo. Tatiana refused to go to Volero, there was only one option left: an MBA. It was agreed that she would join the MBA, which would travel to Sakhalin for the matches of the next round of Major League “A”. We bought her tickets and urgently ordered a playing uniform. That is, Tatiana would remain in the system of our club until the end of the season. Additionally, she has a clause in her contract regarding the possibility of training at our agricultural club. This point raised no questions in his mind. And last night she said that she would fly to Sakhalin, especially since yesterday she signed all the necessary documents to participate in the MBA games.

However, this morning Tatiana said that she does not want to go to Sakhalin and wants to be transferred to Yenisey, who, according to her, is also interested in this transition. I said, OK, so be it, but that seems unreasonable to me. In Volero or MBA, she would have a full game load until the end of April. And upon her return, she could play for Dynamo in May in the Moscow Mayor’s Cup, which will take place after the end of the Russian Championship. In other words, in good playing conditions, this would help Dynamo compete for this trophy. Dmitrieva’s contract with Dynamo is valid until May 31 of this year.

“Yenisey” now has two passers, Christina Besman is a good and solid passer. I told Tatiana that I wasn’t sure that in Yenisei she would have as much playing practice as she might have in Volero or MBA. Tatiana replied that she still wanted to move to Yenisei now. It should be noted that her husband Semyon Dmitriev performs in the male Yenisei. Maybe that justifies his choice. It’s the player’s will, we never force anyone to do anything.

We agreed that for this transfer we do not demand any compensation from Yenisei and temporarily release Dmitrieva to the Krasnoyarsk club, in accordance with the current rules of the VFW. His temporary transfer to Yenisei was made official from February 15 to April 30 this year; during this period, the Krasnoyarsk club paid him his salary. At the same time, Dynamo has already fulfilled its financial obligations to her. And from May 1, Tatiana returns to Dynamo and fulfills her contract with our club until May 31.

We congratulate “Yenisei” on a good acquisition and we wish Tatiana to regain her playing condition and attitude towards volleyball. We hope to finish the current season on a positive note with her on the same team.

— Dynamo now has 13 players, not the full squad. Are you considering recruiting a diagonal or finisher before the end of the season?

— The transfer window closes on February 15, we wouldn’t have time to invite anyone even if we wanted to. We will finish the Russian championship with the current team, and in the Mayor’s Cup, I hope, we will have 14 players. In the Mayor’s Cup it will be possible to register new players who will join the club in the 2024/25 season, Zinichev told .
