Ukrainian demands from partners not to hold back blows
Aamir Alitrainer of Kazakhstani boxer Nursultan Amanzholovsaid that Oleksandr Usyk crushed several heavyweights in a permanent training camp. Amanzholov is a sparring partner of the Ukrainian in preparation for the second fight against Anthony Joshua.
“Many heavyweights have been sent home. They couldn’t stay in the camp, they couldn’t keep Usyk’s rhythm, ”said the coach.
“Amanzholov said that Alexander is in great shape for the camp. Once a Ukrainian demanded sparring right after a press conference.”
“Literally from the plane, Usyk wanted to train, he was in a very angry mood then. Alexander is set for war, Anthony Joshua is in trouble,” Ali said.
“Usyk defeated several tall heavyweights in sparring. Amanzholov is one of those who remained in the camp all the time. There were moments when Usyk urged not to restrain himself, to go into battle against him, ”said the coach.
Earlier it was reported that one of Usyk’s sparring partners is the undefeated Ukrainian heavyweight Oleksandr Zakhozhiy. Amanzholov, who is also in the camp of the Ukrainian, was Usyk’s sparring partner in preparation for the first fight with Joshua.
The second fight between Usyk and Joshua will take place on August 20 in Saudi Arabia. The fight will be broadcast live on the DAZN streaming platform.
Last fall, Usyk defeated Joshua by unanimous decision to become world heavyweight champion for the first time.
