Athletistic/ Figure Skating. Russian figure skater Evgenia Medvedeva has turned to two-time Olympic men’s singles champion Yuzuru Hanyu.
Today, July 19, 27-year-old Hanyu announced his retirement.
“Congratulations on the end of your career, legend,” Medvedev wrote on his social media.
Hanyu won her first Olympic gold medal at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. At the Pyeongchang Games (Republic of Korea) in 2018, he repeated his success. At the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing (China), Yuzuru was only fourth.
