The Ukrainian team lost to Apeks without a chance
Ukrainian esports team Monte suffered a second defeat in Group B of the European RMR tournament To PGL Major Copenhagen 2024.
Today Monte met with Apeks and lost without a chance on the Anubis map (5:13). Yesterday the Ukrainian team lost to ECSTATIC (Anubis – 9:13) and defeated Nexus Gaming (Mirage – 13:9).
Monte (1-2) will play their next match on Wednesday. Let us remind you that in order to directly qualify for the major, a team needs to win three matches.
Note that Victor “sdy” Orudzhev returned to Monte, finishing the match with the best rating (1.31) in the team. On the first game day he did not play due to illness.
Earlier, the Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere overcame the RMR tournament and reached the major in Denmark.
PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 is the first ever CS2 major. The tournament will take place in the capital of Denmark on March 17-31. The prize fund is $1,250,000.
