The Ukrainian team will miss the first CS2 major
Ukrainian esports organization Monte will not play in the tournament PGL Major Copenhagen 2024.
Monte have lost their chances of qualifying for a major in Denmark after today’s loss to Astralis (Ancient – 8:13, Vertigo – 13:4, Overpass – 8:13), which became third for the team in Group B of the European RMR tournament.
Earlier, Monte lost to Apeks (Anubis – 5:13) and ECSTATIC (Anubis – 9:13) at the RMR tournament, and also defeated Nexus Gaming (Mirage – 13:9).
Let us remind you that the Ukrainian organization Natus Vincere entered the major in Denmark. PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 is the first ever CS2 major. The tournament will take place in the capital of Denmark on March 17-31. The prize fund is $1,250,000.
