Athletistic/Figure skating. Former captain of the Russian national football team Andrei Arshavin expressed his opinion regarding the disqualification of Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva.
Arshavin met Valieva at the opening ceremony of the Future Games in Kazan, and they spoke like ordinary people.
“We just talked there, nothing special. I really feel sorry for her,” Arshavin told RIA Novosti.
At the end of January, Kamila Valieva, 17, received a four-year disqualification for doping before the 2022 Olympic Games.
