It was published in October 2023. The court rejected the ROC’s appeal. Sports lawyer Oleg Alekseev spoke about this.
“The IOC and CAS, instead of developing friendship and cooperation in accordance with the Olympic Charter and uniting countries, are destroying bridges and discrediting their mission in the international sports movement,” Alekseev said, as quoted by Match TV.
