Kosovski: Much needs to be done to ensure that young players return

The last place of work of Kosovsky was the youth team of Vorskla

New head coach of Kryvbas U-19 Vitaly Kosovsky commented on his appointment.

“Very unexpected. Especially at such a difficult time for all of us. Recently, when I worked in Vorskla, there have been many changes in Ukraine. It’s good that it happened this way: I have an invitation from such a club as Kryvbas. Kryvbas is a good tradition. The club is being revived. They spoke very loudly. The president and the coaching staff have big ambitions. Therefore, I gladly accepted this invitation.

“The situation in the market for young players is not easy, but I do not completely agree that the competition is insane. Many young players have left. Much needs to be done to bring them back. But this is up to each individual. On the other hand, there are options. I’ve been working on this for a few days now. I understand the situation with the young people who left.”

Kosovsky replaced Vitaliy Vytsenets in Kryvbas, who left the Kryvyi Rih club in early June.

The last place of work of Kosovsky was the youth team of Vorskla. He returned to this post, before that he had worked for six months with the main team of Poltava.

Recall that at the beginning of summer the first team of Kryvyi Rih residents was headed by Yuriy Vernydub.

The start of the new draw of the Ukrainian Premier League is scheduled for August 23.
