Sautin on Pakhalina’s upcoming inclusion in the International Hall of Fame: “He’s our most successful athlete”

Double Olympic diving champion Dmitri Sautin believes that the champion of the Games Yulia Pakhalina was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF).

The ceremony will take place on October 4 and 5 in Fort Lauderdale (United States).

– Julia deserves it! This is our most successful athlete in the entire history of Russian diving. Now she lives in the United States – that’s how her life went, her husband is Indian, she graduated and stayed there. Vera Ilyina, of course, deserves it too, but maybe her turn will come,” Sautin told .
