Stanislav Druzhinin: “We are proud of Pakhalina, her dive was a masterpiece”

President of the Russian Diving Federation Stanislav Druzhinin told that the inclusion of the Olympic champion Yulia Pakhalina induction into the International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF) will be a well-deserved recognition of his contributions to the sport.

Pakhalina’s admission ceremony to ISHOF will take place in October in the United States.

Pakhalina won gold at the 2000 Sydney Olympics and also has three silver and one bronze medals at the Games. The Russian has won the World Championships three times and the European Championships eight times.
