Athletistic/ Figure skating. Honored Coach of the USSR Tatiana Tarasova commented on the news that in Tatarstan, at Alina Zagitova’s school, figure skaters will be able to train preferentially or for free.
According to the expert, such measures will certainly motivate young talents.
“The conditions are good. It’s an excellent motivation,” quotes SE Tarasova.
Earlier it became known that Zagitova will take the position of director of her figure skating school.
Zagitova is the 2018 Olympic champion, world and European champion. Alina suspended her career in December 2019.
Since February 2022, Russian figure skaters have no longer participated in international competitions.
