Joshua: I signed a contract to fight Fury, Wilderm, a lot of people. I don’t shy away from a challenge

AJ considers himself ready for the fight with Ngannou, as well as for any other fight with a top opponent

Former world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua assures that he is ready for any challenge at any time, and also considers a fight against the ex-UFC champion Francis Ngannou the most serious test.

“I signed to fight Fury, I signed to fight Wilder, I signed to fight a lot of people. I’m just doing good business. I’m a good boxer and I don’t shy away from a challenge.”

“I’m always ready for this. “I just feel like I’ll always be here and ready to fight at any time.”

“Ngannou also had a good fight against Tyson Fury, the current WBC champion. So I think it will be helpful for me to see where I am.”

Let us remind you that the fight between Ngannou and Joshua will take place on March 8 in the capital of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. The undercard of this fight will feature a fight between Zhang Zhilei and Joseph Parker.

At the end of December, Joshua confidently defeated Otto Wallin, who refused to continue the fight after the 5th round, as part of the “Day of Reckoning”. Anthony stated that he was ready to fight the next fight with anyone. It was previously reported that AJ and Deontay Wilder agreed to fight on March 9, but the latter’s defeat by Parker greatly reduced the chances of this fight.

Ngannou lost a decision to WBC champion Tyson Fury in his only boxing fight. The Cameroonian made a good impression against the current champion title holder, knocking down the “Gypsy King” and inflicting several cuts on the Briton.

At the beginning of February, Fury also announced his plan for the future, who is scheduled to fight with Alexander Usik for the title of absolute heavyweight champion in May. This plan includes, among other things, two fights against Joshua.
