The draw for the 2024 Nations League will take place on March 5. The composition of the baskets was officially confirmed after the final of the previous draw, in which Spain defeated France (2:0).

First basket: Portugal, Switzerland, Scotland, Wales.
Second basket: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary.
Third basket Slovakia, Northern Ireland, UkraineTürkiye.
Fourth basket: Malta, Israel, Kosovo, Azerbaijan.
The eight best teams in League A (first and second places) plus the hosts of the tournament, the Swiss national team, will immediately qualify for the final part of Euro 2025. Seven passes will be played out in two rounds of the playoffs.
In the first round of one path, the third and fourth placed teams in League A will play the group winners and the top three second-placed teams in League C. The eight winners advance to the second round.
In another way, four group winners and two best teams who will take second place in League Bwill play against the remaining two second-place teams and the four third-place teams in League B. The six winners advance to the second round.
In the second round of the playoffs, 14 teams will directly compete for seven tickets to the Euro 2025 final tournament, where a total of 16 participants must compete.
