Ukrainian tennis player Nadezhda Kichenok lost in the semi-finals of the doubles tournament WTA 250 V Austin (USA).
Nadezhda performed in pairs with Oksana Kalashnikova from Georgia. The first seeds of the tournament lost to the duo Katarzyna Kawa / Bibiana Schofs (Poland / Netherlands).
In the first game, Kichenok and Kalashnikova fought back from a 2:4 score and scored the winning point in the 12th game. The second set was left to Cava and Schoffs. As a result, Nadezhda and Oksana lost in a super tiebreaker.
