“The Russian Figure Skating Federation excluded Valieva from the list of candidates for the Russian national figure skating team,” the response to the appeal says.

Recall that the skater had already been disqualified for four years for violating anti-doping rules. She tested positive at the Russian Championship, but this was already learned during the 2022 Olympic Games in Beijing (China).
