Recall that a 17-year-old Russian athlete was disqualified for 4 years due to a positive doping test.
“Any disqualified athlete goes through the process of exclusion from the national team. As soon as the disqualification period expires, Valieva will be able to return,” Rodnina told RB Sport.
Valieva will be able to resume competition from December 24, 2025.
