Former interim world heavyweight champion Dillian Whyte (29-3, 19 KOs) will return to the ring this month.
On March 17, White will fight with German representative Christian Hammer (27-10, 17 KOs). This fight will be the main event of the Once Upon a Time in the West boxing event, which will take place in Ireland.
White tested positive for doping during a surprise test ahead of his fight with Anthony Joshua in August 2023. The investigation ultimately showed that the banned substance entered the boxer’s body accidentally through a contaminated food supplement.
However, White recently received permission to resume his professional career. The Briton was cleared of doping charges.
White fought his last fight in November 2022. Dillian defeated American Jermaine Franklin by decision.
