– There are problems of this nature in figure skating and there always have been. Naturally, this is not normal, and during the last executive committee, we decided to create an ethics commission.
Our lawyers are already developing a special code that will apply to all participants in the process: athletes, coaches, staff, competition organizers, etc. Before that, we only had a code of ethics for sports judges,” Kogan said.
